Father Care

30th June, 2008 was my last day working as a Finance Manager in a big international company. I have been thinking of what a good career opportunity in such a big company, but I have chose to leave due to the tension and pressure among the staff and the management.

My wife was finally pregnant after 8 years of our marriage and the scan shows two heart beat which the gynecologist confirmed is a twin.
From that day onwards, I had made up my mind that I will take good care for my 2 little princesses.

8 months old, Quy-Jynn & Quy-Lynn

9th September, 2008. My twin girls are born. Two adorable un-identical twins were delivered from my wife's belly right in front of me. I felt like i am the happiest papa on earth.

My wife is having a good career in her company, so we have decided that i have to take care of my two princesses at home and i will work from home doing some part-time accounting work and investing into options & shares, while my wife will work full time.

I was really enjoying taking care my daughters and the first 5 months were very enjoying taking care of them
.When they reach 6 months old, my nightmare begins ..........

They use to be very fast finishing the
ir milk, and they fast asleep but without any noise. Now, while drinking their milk, they will make noises, push the bottle away or even smile with you as if you are playing with them. They will make a lot of noises or cry before bed time and want a lullaby to be sang to them every night. When one cries, the other will follow.... ended up both crying at the same time.

After getting advices from both our parents, gradually,I have been able to overcome these situations. This does not mean I manage to do 100% entirely, but at least I had reduced part of my nightmare. With the help of my wife at night, I have also improve my knowledge on how to raise my two daughters step by step... a good discipline.

Can father do the job? Obviously YES. Most women encourage fathers to take care of their baby full time, however, fathers have to work in order to provide for their family.

My two daughters are now 8 months old, i am happy taking care both of them full time. In this process, I do understand my love that have been given, my time have been sacrificed and practicing to be a more patience person.......

My new born twin babiesin at their 1st week........
